All Souls’ Day at Calvary Catholic Cemetery


In his homily, Bishop Parkes tells the faithful that today’s Gospel gives us hope on our journey. He also reminded those in attendance that praying for the living and the dead is one of the Spiritual Works of Mercy and that “the most powerful prayer is the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass”.

November 2, 2025 | The Feast of The Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed (All Souls’ Day) was observed at Calvary Catholic Cemetery with a Celebration of Mass at the outdoor altar. Bishop Gregory L. Parkes served as principle with Frs. Tom Morgan, Ralph D’Elia, III, Hugh Chikawe and Vietnamese Priest? as concelebrting priests. Approximately 300 of the faithful were in attendance.
