Parkes was the principal celebrant, with diocesan Vicar General, Msgr. Robert Morris, Father Thomas Anastasia, VF, Father John Murphy and Master of Ceremonies, Father Carl Melchior, as concelebrants. Deacons Peter Andre and Ted Fahrendorf assisted at the altar with servers Ben Haffner as miter bearer and Marianna Giblin as crosier bearer. The servers are students at the Cathedral School of St. Jude.
