The Bells of Calvary Catholic Cemetery
There is something new in the air at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
The stately sounds of pealing bells now strike the hours between nine in the morning and five in the afternoon. After the hour markers, the digital carillon chimes a season-suitable hymn that gently wafts through the cemetery from speakers located at the Chapel of the Resurrection. The system includes a large user-programable library of musical arrangements.
The carillon was a gift from Linda and Raymond Boduch as a memorial to their departed loved ones.
